Alarm Depot’s modern technology allows our customers to communicate directly with our central monitoring station in the event of an emergency without having to use a telephone.
If an emergency should occur in your secured home or business, the activated alarm automatically dials our central station to establish a two-way live voice contact, with a trained dispatcher who verifies the alarm or need for assistance.

Special Staff Training – Only operators who have specialized training respond to two-way signals.
Emergency Response – In an actual emergency an operator dispatches, while another operator stays on line with the client.
Burglary – We challenge the intruder and attempt to scare them away.
Panic – We listen in passing critical information to the Police department. We remain on line listening silently until help arrives.
Fire – Two-way live voice enables us to hear the occupants and possibly their location allowing us to pass this information to the Fire Department.
